After breakfast, drive from Bekal to Wayanad. A hidden paradise in God's Own Country, Wayanad is a district in the state of Kerala, India. Wayanad is one of the few places in India where one can find a vast range of flora and fauna, with every forest type from low land rainforest to dry deciduous to evergreen in this tiny piece of paradise. One can witness several fauna like bison (gaur), tigers, leopards, elephants, wild dogs etc. apart from an abundance of migratory birds and rare butterflies like the Golden Birdwing Butterfly. It is also home to more than 600 species of orchids, 200 species of medicinal plants and several hundred varieties of trees such as teakwood, rosewood and cedar wood. Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast from hotel, proceeds to Edakkal Caves. These caves are located 1,200 m above the sea level on Ambukutty Mala. The name ‘Edakkal’ literally means ‘a stone in between’. Here you can see a cave formed by a heavy boulder straddling a fissure in the rock. Edakkal caves are famous for its pictorial paintings (cave paintings), which are considered to be of 6000 B C. To reach the caves, one has to trek through the Ambukutty Mala. It will take around 45 minutes to climb the hill and you will never get disappointed in your trip to these historic caves. Later after lunch at proceeds for the visit to Wayanad Heritage Museum which is also known as Ambalavayal tribal Museum is situated at Ambalavayal, about 12 km from Sulthan Bathery. It is one of the largest and best archaeological museums in Kerala. The Ambalavayal Heritage Museum houses a rich collection of artifacts which stand in testimony of the fact that there had been an advanced civilization which existed in the mountains of Wayanad. This heritage museum is one of the largest and best archaeological museums in the state. Exhibits in the museum include many stone weapons, stone carvings, 14th to 16th century sculptures, and potteries of Megalithic Age, hunting equipment, clay sculptures and other interesting artifacts. Idols made of hard and soft rocks, which were believed to be worshipped by the ancient people too can be seen in the museum. Return to hotel & overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceeds to visit to Banasura Sagar Dam which is the largest earth dam in India and the second largest of its kind in Asia. The dam is made up of massive stacks of stones and boulders. Afternoon visit to Soochipara Waterfall. Soochipara Falls also known as Sentinel Rock Waterfalls is a three-tiered waterfall in Vellarimala, Wayanad, India. It is surrounded by deciduous, evergreen and lush forests. Return to hotel & overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive from Wayanad to Calicut. This is the city of Malabar, once known as the "Garden City of India", a part of the rich tradition and heritage of Kerala. Calicut is one of the most visited places in the state. Best known as the "city of spices" or "Spice Coast of India", this port town has its own unique cultural style distinct from the rest of Kerala. It has a lot of beaches, more than half of which are artificial and by the beach, there are many fish markets where you can find varieties of sea food like mussels, prawns, crabs, oysters etc. You will also find wide range of shops selling home decorative items and handicrafts made by local artisans. After breakfast, check out in time, proceeds to airport for your onward flight / Train.
